30-Day No Quibble Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-Day No-Quibble Returns Policy for all of our products. We want you to love your BikeStow product, but if it doesn’t work for you or you simply change your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery.
Our 30-Day No-Quibble Returns Policy applies only to standard products. Bespoke or made-to-order items, such our Bed Mattress, cannot be returned for change of mind. This policy does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
You must notify us you would like to return your order within 30 days after delivery. You must return the product within 14 days of your notifying us. If you wish, we can arrange collection with our own courier (typically DHL) for the same postage cost as you paid for your order.
We’ll refund you the full product price less postage costs provided the product is in “as new” condition, the packaging is undamaged, and all accessories are included.

- Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund;
- Up to six months: if they can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases;
- Up to six years: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
