All orders are shipped from our workshop in the United Kingdom.
EU & US Consumers – We Pay Your Duties & Taxes!
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United States, we now pay your duties and taxes for you! This means there won’t be any surprises during shipping – the price you see during checkout is the final cost to you! This is called “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP).
VAT Registered EU Businesses:
If you are a business and wish to reclaim your local VAT, please contact us before placing an order and we can ship your order Delivered at Place (DAP), where instead we charge you a lower price (excluding any VAT) and you will be liable for paying import duties & local taxes (VAT) during shipping. This is handled by DHL.
You must send us your EORI Number, VAT Number, company name, and shipping address.
Other International Customers – Duties & Taxes:
If browsing outside of the UK, EU or US, our website will display prices without tax. Instead, you are liable to paying your own local taxes (VAT), import duties, and fees. These are charged by shipping courier (DHL) and passed on to the relevant authority. DHL will often charge a small customs processing fee.
For example, an order with a value of €100 (including shipping) will normally attracted €20 VAT (20%) and an €11 fixed processing fee. Therefore, the total end cost would be €131.
This will differ country to country. If you’re unsure, please contact your local customs office to confirm import duties & fees or use the SimplyDuty calculator with the HS Commodity Code 4421.99.99.99. Any orders cancelled at customs and returned to us are subject to shipping fees for the outbound and return journey and may be refunded less this amount.

All items are made in and ship from our workshop in the United Kingdom. In-stock items are ready for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated. Pre-order or back-order items will have a lead-time advertised on the product’s page.

Delivery Destinations
Most destinations can be ordered directly via this website. However, if there are no shipping options for you at checkout, please contact us for a delivery quote!
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an “Order Confirmed” email. Once dispatched, you will receive an “Order Dispatched” email with a delivery tracking number.
Factory Collection:
Contact us to arrange collection free of charge from our workshop (Unit 19, Folkes Road, Stourbridge, DY9 8RG, UNITED KINGDOM).
