The brushed aluminium ‘v’ sliders and locking thumb screws mean your bikes will always be held firmly no matter the wheel diameter or tyre width. I cannot speak highly enough of this product. I ordered the Original Four and it arrived just a day after ordering.
Packaging is great and apart from the bubble wrap to protect it from potential ham fisted couriers (DHL are NOT ham fisted by the way), it is all card or paper.
The first thing that struck me is the quality of the rack. It’s really well made and all the fittings are very high quality. Even the supplied straps to secure the rack are of a good quality.
“Construction” takes about 2 minutes (bolt replacement) and your good to go.
But the pièce de resistance is fitting the bikes into the van. No more removing wheels. No more spending time securing the bikes. No more protecting the frame. No more heaving the bikes on to the roof. 4 bikes loaded and secured in about 2 minutes – no interaction between the bikes so no need to worry about damaging your paintwork. Just brilliant.
