The brushed aluminium ‘v’ sliders and locking thumb screws mean your bikes will always be held firmly no matter the wheel diameter or tyre width. When not in use, the cross supporting ‘dog bone’ lifts up and the rack folds flat for easy storage, with magnets keeping it neatly closed. The CNC routed and hand finished laminated plywood construction is sure to look slick with any setup. Endlich gibt es so eine geniale und trotzdem Einfache Konstruktion. Es ist unglaublich wie einfach das Handling mit dem Bikestow funktioniert. Ich suchte sehr lange nach einer Lösung für unsere beiden E Bikes um nicht die Vorderräder auszubauen. Endlich hab ich sie gefunden. Für unseren Fiat Doblo Maxi ist sie perfekt. Been using my BikeStow for a while and wanted to give a long-overdue shoutout to the brilliant team behind this product. Game-changing bike rack, and a pleasant company to deal with. Julie’s prompt and personable customer support was a delight and exceeded all expectations, and of course the rack itself is top quality, with a lovely finish.
The system works amazingly for transporting bikes – in my case, even in a minivan. Just roll right in or out. The wheel is held securely by the sliders, and with the compact & well thought out spacing you can comfortably fit 3 people and 2 bikes inside, with an additional bike on a hitch tray (you already have one, right?). Folds up quickly if you need more space, and the cinch straps keep it stable when in use (pro tip: get an extra pair to secure all 4 corners for a rock-solid setup).
What’s that, you have a gravel bike with full-length fenders? No problem! BikeStow’s excellent wheel adapter can be mounted backwards to accommodate a 650b tire in the manner shown. Wholeheartedly recommend BikeStow for any van owner. No need to look anywhere else.
